Spring Break 2020 - decided to paint my crop room a beautiful beachy color. Pulled everything out - painted.....and then world shut down, college girl was displaced and took ownership of my new glorious room.
Fast forward - 2022 - saw two graduations - one high school, one college, and now we are empty nesters.
Oldest is employed and has her own apartment - moved out of my crop room and just when I was ready to move back in - summer was over - school began again - and I decided to wait until break. Then we had an unexpected houseguest so did not get my goal accomplished over Thanksgiving.
I'm happy to report - bins are emptied - shelves are full (too full) and I plan to begin actually using the items I own, sharing what I have to sell and holding workshops again.
So - here is the plan.
I've put multiple dates for 2023 on my calendar - if one works - come. If you have a preferred date that isn't listed - reach out to me and let's set something up!
I plan to have various Deals of the Day (which I plan to post on Instagram/Facebook), featured new product, and last chance, close-out items. Typically if something I have to sell can no longer be purchased - I reduce to my cost, and then take $1 off for each year it has hung around unseen. :) I'm hopeful that my new organization of my craft room and holding events again will clear some shelves.
For every workshop you attend you get one spin of the wheel (discount valid on one purchased item - that day). If you don't attend workshops - you can still spin the wheel with an online purchase. Discounts apply to stock that I have on hand.
Help keep me accountable - I plan to work each evening at 7 pm - I'm calling it Seven @ Seven - creative right?
1. Uploading pictures to Forever and deleting them from my phone
2. Organizing (marking favorites, adding tags, putting in albums)
3. Journal - tell the story - adding descriptions
4. Print as needed (I have various albums in progress)
5. Scrapbook - do a page - push something forward
6. Order as needed - (albums, ornaments, notebooks, calendars, wall hangings etc)
7. Share my progress and encourage others
I plan to spend 7-8 minutes on each category.
