Not a lot of takers on my incentives last year. This year will be more intentional.

Spring Break 2020 - decided to paint my crop room a beautiful beachy color. Pulled everything out - painted.....and then world shut down, college girl was displaced and took ownership of my new glorious room.
Fast forward - 2022 - saw two graduations - one high school, one college, and now we are empty nesters. Oldest is employed and has her own apartment - moved out of my crop room and just when I was ready to move back in - summer was over - school began again - and I decided to wait until break. Then we had an unexpected houseguest so did not get my goal accomplished over Thanksgiving. I'm happy to report - bins are emptied - shelves are full (too full) and I plan to begin actually using the items I own, sharing what I have to sell and holding workshops again. So - here is the plan. I've put multiple dates for 2023 on my calendar - if one works - come. If you have a preferred date that isn't listed - reach out to me and let's set something up! I plan to have various Deals of the Day (which I plan to post on Instagram/Facebook), featured new product, and last chance, close-out items. Typically if something I have to sell can no longer be purchased - I reduce to my cost, and then take $1 off for each year it has hung around unseen. :) I'm hopeful that my new organization of my craft room and holding events again will clear some shelves. For every workshop you attend you get one spin of the wheel (discount valid on one purchased item - that day). If you don't attend workshops - you can still spin the wheel with an online purchase. Discounts apply to stock that I have on hand. Help keep me accountable - I plan to work each evening at 7 pm - I'm calling it Seven @ Seven - creative right? 1. Uploading pictures to Forever and deleting them from my phone 2. Organizing (marking favorites, adding tags, putting in albums) 3. Journal - tell the story - adding descriptions 4. Print as needed (I have various albums in progress) 5. Scrapbook - do a page - push something forward 6. Order as needed - (albums, ornaments, notebooks, calendars, wall hangings etc) 7. Share my progress and encourage others I plan to spend 7-8 minutes on each category. Just bought a picnic table for a squirrel. We may be going a little stir crazy over here. While I wait for it to arrive. Thought I would clear out some space on my shelves. Click the "book appointment button". I will meet with you via facetime to peruse what I have on-hand. $10 off any order - or buy one - get one free - up to $50 credit. If you don't need product and are wanting to do something digital I can help with that also. Maybe create a set of cards that you could send to friends/relatives? Maybe create an ornament for your Christmas tree using a favorite picture (baby, recent graduate, etc). Forever has just launched an autobook feature. If you have done the work of selecting favorites (1 sunrise vs 10); put those best of the best in an album and let Forever create the book for you (still have the ability to move things around, etc). Anyway, I'm here - would love to help you push a project forward. Reach out, reach out and just say hi!
Working on a Day2Day album in 2018. One picture a day - each week has a theme if you are struggling with a photo.
If 365 pictures in 1 album is too many ....then pick your top 20-30 pictures and put a favorite on each page (one per month and a couple of two page spreads for larger events). Or pick a vacation week and select your favorite 5-10 pics from each day with a couple of additional pages for excursions or a dedicated page to each member of the family. Did you know I can help you make a plan? Let's pick a date and get started. Either your place or mine or over a cup of coffee (have laptop, scrapbook) will travel (within reason)! Be blessed. I'm entering my 20th year as a consultant, advisor, ambassador....titles have changed over the years. I love to document my family's memories and help others do the same. Since Creative Memories transitioned to Ahni and Zoe and then back to Creative Memories I've noticed a decline in my traditional market and an increase in the digital market. I still create all styles of albums and have examples to show customers as album preservation is definitely not one size fits all.
I do want to be prudent and follow the example of Creative Memories. I know that if I order on Monday - I have items delivered on Friday. So really no reason to have/maintain a ton of inventory. If you spend $50 in retired products (either in the Going Gone section of the website - or no longer listed (but I still have it on hand) - you will get a $20 coupon to spend on other purchases with me. This is good until midnight December 31st. No rain-checks! My products on hand are discounted $1-2 for each year I have had to keep track of it - and are marked down to cost when they are no longer available on the CM website. I then reduce the price by 1/2 for each subsequent year. Stop by at my clearance event - Friday December 29, 2017 - 2 pm - 11 pm and grab some treasures. See you soon. Ten ways I can show respect for my substitute.
3. Sit and do the work assigned without walking around the classroom. 4. Use restroom/water breaks when necessary (not as work avoidance). 5. When leaving the room, stand in line, facing forward, ready to go, without talking. 6. Use technology as instructed - (do not be on apps not assigned, photos or internet/games - wasting educational time). 7. Lead those around me – help when appropriate(not during a test). 8. Ask a question if I do not understand or need help (that is what the substitute is here for – to instruct me). 9. Do not lie, but tell the truth - own my actions, be responsible for how much or how little I have learned today. 10. Behave and work as if your teacher is always watching (not only when the substitute is near me). New, month! October! 9 months of 2015 are SWISH! Over and done with! WOW....to say time is flying past is an understatement. I recently signed up as an ambassador for Forever (think photo insurance) - one home for all your stories, and special moments. In addition to storage, there is an ability to create a scrapbook and other gifts (photo books, cards, calendars) either using software stored on your computer (Artisan 5 - requires 64 bit Windows) - or online with Forever. I invite you to stop by my Croptoberfest on Sunday to hear more - or go investigate on your own at www.forever.com. I do work on commission - so when you have decided what works for your family - I'd appreciate you listing my name in the tracking code as your ambassador. Happy to help you along the way. I tend to have at least one event each month - or feel free to suggest your own. Go make some memories!
